Delete your account
You can do it yourself, any time, inside the app:
- Open the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
This removes your account and the records tied to it, including the photos you uploaded. It cannot be undone. Details, including the two things that are kept, are in the Privacy Policy.
Report a listing or a person
Every listing and every conversation has a Report action; reports are private and the other person is never told who reported them. You can also block anyone, which hides every room of theirs. We review reports within 24 hours.
If something is urgent or the in-app Report is not working, email support@mateyhq.com.
A housemate listed without their consent
If you are described on a listing and did not agree to it, email us and we will remove the entry — see "Housemates you describe on a listing" in the Privacy Policy.
